We are an independent consulting firm whose mission is to provide the highest quality training seminars and tools to you the software user.  These tools include classroom training, on-site training, hands-on training, reseller training, development of training tools such as videos, interactive Cd-Rom's & software course manuals as well as on-line internet training. 

     We are owned and managed by Mr. Mark A. Rugen.  Mr. Rugen has over 15 years of experience in the graphics and sign business.  He has a degree in Physics and has worldwide experience with resellers and end users.  He is the only SA International certified FlexiSIGN® Trainer in the world.  He is the author of several videos including one for CASmate-Pro, FlexiSIGN® -Pro, Inspire-Pro and more.  He has also authored and produced interactive CD-Rom's for resellers, Scanvec Amiable inside sales staff and end users.  He is versed in Windows98, Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows VISTA, DOS, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Astound, PowerPoint, Camtasia and many other software titles.  He is also technically capable with Computers, networks, and the internet.  He has conducted training session worldwide and to date has trained well over 10000 students, including students from Boeing Aircraft, General Motors & The U.S. Army.  You may also see Mr. Rugen performing software demonstration at major tradeshows throughout the world.

While we can produce many types of learning tools, we specialize in interactive CD-ROM's and videos as well as training course manuals. All of our products are available for purchase via the internet.  All our products are focused on learning the FlexiSIGN® software for use in a Sign Shop. However, we also will offer many tools for other sign making software as well.
