About Born in 1987, givemehelp.com has been assisting designers and production personnel for over 20 years! Our founder and President, Mark A. Rugen is well known in the sign industry as one of the premier trainers in topics related to the graphics business.

Why Givemehelp was Formed Back in 1987 times were a bit different. We could make money pretty easily in the sign business. ScanVec was a company selling CASmate and Amiable was a company selling FlexiSIGN. Mark Rugen was just a guy looking for a way to make a living and was working for a vinyl converter and master distributor. Modems were 2400 Baud! What Internet? Bulletin boards baby! A few years passed and Scanvec and Amiable merged. Their customer support went to hell and the need for customer support was apparent. Givemehelp.com was born. Since that time, givemehelp.com has been offering assistance to anyone in the graphics business and has expanded its knowledge base from just SanVec ( now SA International) products to large format printing, color management and other design software such as Photoshop.
