I've collected some good places to go that
feature Photoshop tips. There are great things to learn out there, and these
sites have a lot to offer. Most anything you want to achieve with Photoshop and
don't know how to start your project can be found here. I've described the sites
as best I can without getting long winded. Some are PC oriented, some Mac
oriented, but the techniques are still the same.
