That means, we try to keep in mind the big picture of your shop and business. Then we use all our knowledge and business relationships to get you the help you really need to get the job done! Before we continue, all we ask is that you read all of the information below.
RealHelp™ means that we find out as much as we can about your business, your equipment and your software, so we can prepare ourselves to assist you. We form a relationship with you and your staff. We study your needs now and possibly those you might have in the future. After this, we formulate RealHelp™ for your business.
It's up to you in regards to how much you want to share with us, but you can be assured that we will not share your information with anyone unless we feel we need to do so to find an answer. Nothing confidential will ever be shared, just basic information such as your equipment type, software versions etc. anything that might help us or our consultants find the answer as quickly as possible.
You can begin this vital service by telling us about your business. After we receive your information we will schedule a phone call to verify the information and to begin our relationship. After this initial call, we will send you a link which is used to pay for this service. Here is what you can expect:
Premium Service - This service is the works. You can call us, email us, text us or fax us. We will begin solving your problem as soon as we get some communication indicating you need RealHelp™ . If needed we will even arrange for online help using our GoToMeeting service. This might include a simple lesson to help you learn how to get a job done, or it could mean finding a problem with your computer or software. In other words, we will do what ever it takes to get the answer for you. This service also include a quarterly review of issues and a RealHelp™ checkup to make sure we catch issues even before they happen. Premium service members receive our RealHelp™ 24/7 (USA Only) Additionally, you will be allowed into our Givemehelp.com Premium Member site, where you can talk to other Premium Members and get information not available to the general public, such as access to online FlexiSIGN training, Color Management lessons and more.
Standard Service - This level of service includes contacting us by email, fax or text message. If needed we will call you back, but this level of service does not allow for you to call us directly. We will still provide you RealHelp™ by starting to solve your problem immediately. Our response may be by text, email, fax or a phone call determined by our staff. We may send you a video file to assist you in the issue and it is possible we may have to use our GoToMeeting system if needed. Standard service members receive our RealHelp between 8 am and 6 pm Central Time. (USA Only)
Basic Service - This level of service includes contacting us by email only. We will respond by email unless the issue requires otherwise in which case there may be additional charges clearly stated before telephone or some other form of RealHelp™ is given.
Pay-As-You-Go Service - We do not recommend this service. It really does not allow us to form a relationship with you, essential to RealHelp . However, if you just need us once we will give it a try.
International Service - We can only provide our Basic Service to our international customers at this time. As our list of consultants grows, we may be able to provide greater services to the international community.
